What water temperature should I use?
We recommend water just off the boil — around 200°F (93°C). Avoid boiling water directly on the bag, as it can over-extract and turn bitter.
How much water per bag?
Each brew bag is designed for an 8–10 oz cup. For a stronger cup, use less water; for a lighter brew, add a bit more.
Can I reuse a brew bag?
We recommend using each bag just once for the best flavor. A second steep will be noticeably weaker.
