Happy Bear Coffee Company is not responsible for any damage that occurs to products during shipping, including but not limited to Monin Syrups, Hollander Chocolates, and Lotus Products. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, any damage that occurs in transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and contacting the carrier directly to file a claim if any items are damaged.
